1989 Isuzu Trooper 2.8 Modified to a 3.4
Here is Randy’s 1989 Trooper built for strength and power. The front and rear ot the truck have custom reinforced bumpers.
The exhaust has short Chevrolet S10 headers and dual exhaust. The starter is wrapped with a heat shield to help protect it from the heat.
The 1989 Isuzu Trooper has a 3.4 modified engine block with a mild cam running with a Holley 4-barrel carburetor on a Edelbrock Torker II intake manifold. Using a high pressure fuel regulator to keep fuel pressure steady and accurate.
Randy’s 1989 Isuzu Trooper still has air conditioning. The header can been seen on the left side of the engine. An oil filter relocation was nessesary since the header takes up too much room. The oil changes are much easier to perform now.
This customized 1989 Isuzu Trooper looks sharp.
